We were lucky enough to travel around the world and do what we really love and are passionate about! It is then we realized that scouting is a lot more than a pleasant job…Having the ability to explore a new culture, a new language and way of living is what fills you with joy but also with many questions. By getting deeper and deeper is what fills us with knowledge and experience, so that we can improve our choices and the possibility of a new player to succeed in a completely new environment. Numbers are ruthless concerning the success to a competitive field, like high level professional football and even the smallest contribution in changing the life of a young player gives us joy and satisfaction and also some pride. From the Porto Allegre harbour, to the streets of Bocca and from the sandlots of Montevideo to the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, everyone’s passion for what we call football, combined with huge football’s legends, together with every child’s dream of being like them, make sure that many talents will shine in the future.
