Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are limited to accounts that have not materially consumed core training material, downloaded bulk materials, used substantial Workbench credits, or submitted capstone work.

When a refund is approved, ScoutingLab may revoke portal access, Workbench credits, update passes, and download access tied to the refunded purchase.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may pause access while the payment processor reviews the case. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
